Dr. Adeyemi Adeniyi, renowned as the Number 1 bishop of real estate in Africa, originates from Ogun State and serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Dealclinchers Realtors Limited, a leading real estate firm in Nigeria. Adeniyi’s journey, marked by determination and ambition, underscores his educational and professional endeavors. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ogun State University, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, and a Diploma in Marketing, Adeniyi has consistently pursued academic excellence. Furthermore, his advanced studies in Housing Development and an honorary doctorate degree in Philosophy highlight his commitment to continual learning and expertise expansion.
Notably, during his tenure at PropertyMart Investment Limited, Adeniyi attained remarkable milestones, pioneering various leadership roles such as Head of Marketing, Accountant, Acquisition Manager, and Branch Manager. His contributions facilitated the successful delivery of over 22 estates across Nigeria, showcasing his proficiency in both independent and collaborative projects.

He was nominated as one of the 100 Young Most Influential Leaders across Africa. In one of his Awards of Excellence in Banjul, he was presented by the Mayor of Banjul, Gambia and there he emerged as the Vice Chairman of the board, of the Pan-African Youth Foundation.
Recently at the House of Lords, London, he was presented with another Certificate of Excellence by the Reputation Poll International and this was handed over by the 1st female President of Mauritius & The 1st Lieutenant to King Charles. His leadership qualities and expertise have led to his nomination as the chairman of the Real Estate Developers Association Of Nigeria, Ogun State, reflecting his industry-wide recognition.
